STEM Starter Academy Summer Program (free)

The STEM Starter Academy Summer Program is a FREE two-week math support and student success program available to new STEM students who are enrolled in a Fall 2020 STEM major at MassBay! This program will be offered virtually this year, same dates and times. This program will cover:

• Fractions

• Decimals

• Percentages

• Inequalities

• Polynomials

• Solving and graphing linear equations

• Factoring

• Radicals

• Quadratics

• Functions

• Trig equations and identities

• Exponential and logarithmic functions

Students will also:

• Get a head start on learning what MassBay has to offer in STEM

• Meet like-minded students with similar goals

• Meet MassBay STEM and other college faculty and staff

• Attend college success and career development programs

When: Weekdays, August 17–August 28 2020, 9am–1pm
