Wellesley High School is invited to the BOLD Conference on Harvard’s campus from Saturday, November 9th to Sunday, November 10th, 2019. BOLD (Business Oriented Leadership Development) is a business conference for high school girls presented by Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business.

BOLD, previously known as YWBLC, is part of the larger Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) organization, which is the largest undergraduate business organization on Harvard’s campus, reaching over 400 members. Our mission is to empower young women and future leaders by uniting them through business education and experience.

The conference will be a full weekend of dynamic programming that seeks to introduce 500 high school women to the business world and guide them in developing essential skills for charting their path in the field. These women will attend intimate workshops and presentations that help them further develop business, organization, and communication skills that will help them succeed in future endeavors. Other programming includes resume reviews with Harvard undergraduate students, tours of campus, networking lunches, and various industry panels.

Registration is now officially open and will close on November 6th. Additionally, our scholarship application is now open and will close on October 7th. Both registration and the scholarship application can be found at our website, www.huwib-bold.com.
